「Bra läge, mellan San Augustin och Maspalomas så man kunde gå åt båda håll på strandpromenaden. Trevlig personal i den lilla restaurangen vid poolen. Personalen i receptionen var trevliga men tyckte det var kompicerat att beställa taxi. Lättast att anlända när receptionen har öppet och inte när den har stängt. Ska vara krånligt att komma in då, även om man checkat in online. Vi är nöjda överlag med allt! Och kan tänka oss att bo här igen. 」

「Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「The breakfast was quite limited. Sometimes they add raw onion in omelette. They also block half of morning dining room so I had to wait for 5-10 minutes every morning at 10am for free table and for fork and knife. Menwhile the blocked area had all the tables ready but not used. The rooms are very dated. Not a fan of purple colours everywhere. I will probably wont stay there again unless its super cheap because its very close to Yumbo. 」

「It’s rated as a 3 star accommodation. The apartment furniture is dated. It’s has very nice swimming pool and extremely well located to walk to the beach… only 5 minutes. We would stay there again!」
