“The property is old, run down and severely understaffed. The rooms, allegedly for 2 adults and 2 children were so tiny, that we could not move around without climbing over our luggage. The breakfast was probably the worst we ever had in Europe, old, hard bread, left over vegetables, cold coffee and stale cookies. They charged 22 Euros pp for the worst breakfast we ever had. The breakfast lady was mean, looked overworked and annoyed and when I asked for a second cup of coffee, she rolled her eyes……

“This hotel probably gets 4 stars due to having the spa (extra €57 per room) and other amenities. But it's a country hotel in a fantastic location with outstanding views of the lake. A reasonably priced restaurant (best to book) serves good food and the breakfast buffet provides an excellent selection but is very Spanish which works for us.
i would stay here again.”

“A truly lovely place to stay. Overlooking a beautiful valley north of Malaga, this new property is a treat. The room was spotless and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious. I was quite sad that I only spent one night there as I had to fly out the next morning. If/when I return to the area I would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!”
