「Gorgeous location, architecture and space. Food is really good and staff at the restaurant is super friendly and specifically after a few days really try to connect with you. All staff does need some more training in anticipation and hospitality, management has clearly put in too many rules wich restricts them from truly thinking how to create true memories as they want. But still highly recommended 」

「Un hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le petit déjeuner fait minute à déguster sur la terrace face a la nature. Pour aller au centre du village de Salento il faudra prendre le bus ou Uber le trajet dure environ 20min. Le personnel est tellement gentil, un grand merci à Juan Emmanuel pour son aide et sa gentillesse de plus il parle très bien français. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, je recommande vivement. 」

「it's one of the best place i have stayed! when you opening the window in the morning, a group of cows leisurely grazing on the grass, the river, the sun made everything like a paradise. the hosts are very passionate of what they do, the place and facilities are very well maintained. location is in the middle of cocora valley and salento. great experience.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Terasu Salento. It is clean, well maintained, attentive staff. Rooms are beautiful with a lively garden area. Valentina was amazing. She answered all our questions about booking tours etc. Good options for breakfast which is included. The hotel is at the edge of town and a short walk to the main square. 」

「Excelente experiencia Mi estadía fue perfecta de principio a fin. La atención del personal fue impecable, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y se complementan muy bien con el ambiente campestre del lugar. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, las áreas comunes son acogedoras y la piscina se encuentra en óptimas condiciones. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo es la cascada: un espacio hermoso y relajante que hace la visita aún más especial. Totalmente recomendado.」

「Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only feedback is we wish there was Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the bed was a little softer. Although we came here to disconnect, having Wi-FI to communicate with family and manage flight check-ins would have been convenient. 」
