「The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Two ladies at the desk were very unhelpful and actually mean. We needed somewhere to stay Wednesday night. We booked the room after midnight, which was technically Thursday. When we arrived to check in, we were told we couldn’t check in until 3 PM on Thursday. The ladies were mean and smug. We paid $150 to stay in a room we never stayed in. I asked for their names I was told they were not allowed to give them out. This is a terrible hotel.」

「Great location! Clean, well-equipped, open and spacious apartment. We got a premium one. It was a corner apartment, so we enjoyed a lot of natural light. Cookies in the room were an unexpected and tasty treat! It was a bit noisy at night, but the white noise machine took care of that nicely. Smart touch. We plan to return some day. :)」

「Pretty standard hotel, the suite was very big and clean, had a microwave and fridge, bed was comfy, basic bathroom, also very big, if a bit dated. Price was a bit higher than I think this spot was worth but it was overall fine and no big complaints. When I arrived their systems were down but they'd carefully printed all guests information and seemed to be handling the situation alright but they had lots of staff on duty even at 9/10pm. 「Our room wasn’t very clean and it overshadowed everything else. When we pulled back the bedding, there was (body?) hair on the sheets and pillows. Further inspection revealed the same in the shower & on the bathroom floor. Sasquatch may have stayed in our room the night before, but it’s their job to erase that! Was pretty gross :/.
