"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. "Lovely hotel not sure if it’s 5 star. We had half board in a Preferred room which included the use of the spa for an hour which was good. The food at the buffet was nice but only lukewarm even when it just replenished. There were plenty of sun loungers and pool towels. Some of the garden areas could be better maintained. The location was great, a short walk to the marina and beside a beautiful beach ."
