「This was our second stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. We returned because our first visit was a very positive experience, and we were genuinely looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite mixed and overall disappointing. The most noticeable issue was that the service felt very much on autopilot. 「The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...
