"Overall a good stay. The location is brilliant. The breakfast staff were superb. The pool is really nice. And bearing in mind you're in the middle of a desert it was all quite ok. The hotel has a few odd rules (can't take your room keys off property; can't bring friends to your room) - not had either before so that was odd for me"

"A very clean hotel with very convincing location. Shopping and dining are in walking distance. The breakfast and dinner food are excellent however, WIFI conditions could be improved, at least no WiFi connection in our room and cellphone signals are very weak 3G. They become accessible and LTE outside of the room. Overall, it’s very good hotel."

"This is the perfect hotel for our Atacama desert trip which provides all we need and exceeds our expectations, even having a shoe brush and cloth in room. staffs are very friendly trying all they can to help us."

"A gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. We booked two rooms, and neither of them had heating, even though the outside temperature dropped to 2°C at night. In addition, the doors and windows were not properly sealed, making the rooms even colder. The next morning, for our second night’s stay, we requested either extra blankets or a space heater. His response was, “Well, this is not my hotel...” After some back and forth, we eventually received both blankets and a space heater at late afternoon. It appeared that the hotel did not have enough space heaters for all the rooms, which seemed to be the real reason the front desk staff was reluctant to provide one. Will not recommend to stay there."

"It's a beautiful hotel and staff is wonderful. The only downside was lack of heating (there is an aircon in the room but can be use only from 5 pm to 1 am and was not always available in these hours) and no water provided for travellers. In summary it's a good hotel but I think for the price more should be provided"

"Fantástico hotel. O quadro de funcionários é realmente excepcional. Apesar do ser um hotel de valor elevado, deve-se levar em consideração o que está incluído: ttansfer, passeios, estadia all inclusive, recursos humanos extremamente profissional, instalações excelentes. Não há rotina. A não ser que vc queira. As excursões são muito bem organizadas e os guias são muito bem preparados. O diferencial marcante: "staff" primoroso! Vale cada centavo."

"Everything about the 4 nights I spent at Lodge Quelana was wonderful. A beautiful oasis, nestled on the outskirts of San Pedro with a serene, tranquil vibe. Maria was a great host who couldn’t have done more for me. The perfect place to relax after enjoying what the local area has to offer. Would love to come back!"
