「Pool was clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Pets allowed.」

「Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out. The walk from the apartment to State Farm stadium is about 22 min. The powdered creamer on the counter, the pepper, and the canola oil (not sure who still uses this...

「Nosotros venimos de Texas está muy bien la ubicación limpio y cualquier problema que teníamos nos contactábamos por medio de mensajes y al minuto a los dos nos contestaban muy amables y resolví nuestros problemas. Gracias muy recomendable al 100」

「The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in...

「Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it.」

「10/10 Excellent My partner and I stayed for one night and would easily give this place 10 stars. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「Quiet spot near major roads yet surprisingly calm indoors. Beds supported a deep sleep which really helped recharge before heading out again.」

「This was a quick work trip and this property worked out great! It would have been nice to stay longer if time allowed. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Apartment building says its luxury, far from it. The building hallways and stairwell extremely dirty. The apartment itself was okay. Floors were swept but sticky spots in kitchen and master bedroom so definitely had not been mopped. Cheetos found on floor in 2nd bedroom. Beds are memory foam and very hard. Both bathroom sinks do not have screen covers on faucet spouts. Mentioned previously in reviews and still not fixed. Impossible to wash hands, face or brush teeth without getting soaked. Water...

「Property was fantastic and so close to everything. I went to a concert and it was less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Glendale for another show.」

「Clean home in a great area, super spacious exactly what we needed. Easy communication, just add some blankets in the home for us colder guests!」

「The place was perfect for what I needed. However, I have one major suggestion/complaint and one little suggestion/complaint. The major issue was the lights outside in the yard. It lit up the area outside like it was the middle of the day. Please install darkening blinds or darkening curtains over the existing blinds in the bedroom. It was very had to sleep with that much light coming in. (The picture of the bedroom window I have submitted with this review was taken at 0444 hours). The...

「Room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed like air conditioning and a clean private bathroom. The TV worked well for evenings in. Terrace outside gave us some fresh air space, plus easy parking nearby.」
