Top El Mirage Hotel Reviews

Sentral Sol Modern
8/10 Good
"The hotel was awesome. Great location, staff and amenities. The apartment was great. It was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 dressing room/walk-in closets and full baths. The kitchen area and appliances were perfect. The only complaint about the room (at least this room 604) was the lack of room-darkening blinds. The bedroom windows faced East, so the morning sun came right into the bedrooms. There are blinds, they just let the sunlight through. We would definitely stay here again."

Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
2/10 Terrible
"I woke up to management at 10 am in my room yelling at me that I had to pack up and leave. She let herself into my room and had already searched the place the security was bagging up my belongings. Now I sit at my new hotel e no clothes no groceries and only one pair of sandals. She got an attitude also with me yesterday when I carried my dirty towels into the office and asked if I could please have some new towels where housekeeping was and she told me I was responsible to wash my own towels in linens which is unheard of at a hotel I don't know what the big deal would have been just to give me a clean towel."

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Phoenix West

"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
I made the mistake of booking a stay here, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. The neighborhood is extremely sketchy, something that was later confirmed by the police, who I ended up having to call. The photos on Expedia are very misleading and make the property look much cleaner and safer than it actually is. We checked in at 5pm and was packing up our things at 11:30pm. We were in bed going to sleep when there was a loud and aggressive banging at the door like they were the police. I was already on edge staying here so this just heightened my anxiety. I looked through the peep hole and there were 3 to 4 men at the door announcing they were security. There was no way I was going to just open the door under those circumstances with no prior call from the front desk, no warning, just multiple men banging on the door. They started jiggling the door acting like they were going to come in so I called the cop. Let them know the cops have been called and instead of stopping and waiting for cops they continued. Cops finally showed up and escorted us to our car so we find another hotel to stay at. Expedia was no help and is for the company not the customers who are keeping them in business. Even after explaining the circumstance they decided to go with the hotel and only refund me 2 days vs 3 days I paid for. The next day I found reviews that they do this often and they even entered someone’s room without permission so be careful!"
