It’s historic with all the modern amenities (full kitchen w/granite counter tops and full size kitchen-aide appliances, a large porch suitable for outdoor gathering with a gas grill and fireplace. It has private off street parking and only one block from downtown Manitou springs with so much to do and see. Locals and tourists are very friendly. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this property! ”

“Great location for anyone visiting Manitou Springs. Being right in the thick of all of the shops, and having a guaranteed parking space is huge for big weekends. The space itself is really unique, being a loft in what was most likely a business at one point in time. Everything was as presented in the ad and in good shape.
