「Last minute stay and Austin made accommodations for us. Wonderful area, the house is perfect and Austin provides everything you need. We had a dog with us and this house comes with a fenced yard, a rare find. This is how you do short term rentals. Austin’s place is the answer to whatever your question is」

「My 3 children and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable. We cooked most meals at the property and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Walmart was 3 minutes away for groceries. The air conditioning was great to have as the temperatures were in the 90's during our stay. It was also very nice having access to a washer and dryer. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. It was about a 30 minute drive to most places we visited...

「This is a great property in a wonderful location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.」

The condo also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which I believe was due to the neighbors. I understand that that is out of their control, but my friend is allergic and therefore uncomfortable for her stay. While I very much enjoyed...

「Our impression is that the property is a work in progress and needs some additional improvements to be considered excellent. Current pluses include: New appliances, new kitchen flooring, plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. As well, new cooling units are located throughout to provide a comfortable temperature for the various rooms. The unit is located near lots of shopping and restaurants, both upscale and otherwise.Current aspects that are merely...
