“Front door hard to open and lock. Two keys left in lock box, but we had no idea what the second one was for.Strange set up- no TV in living room- only basement. Living room is in front of house instead of off kitchen. Pool table only had one cue that was broken. Bedroom furniture also somewhat strange- lacking nightstands in some rooms. Broken blinds in one room couldn’t open. Loved the main bedroom closet! Was able to use as dressing room. Kitchen not well stocked. Good location!”

The kitchen was equiped with everything needed and the basket with spaghetti, sauce, and snacks was a nice touch. The location is very quiet and worked out well for visiting family in Colorado Springs and all other activities we had planned.”

“This property is a gem! The condo is beautiful, spacious (2000 sqft) and private. It’s historic with all the modern amenities (full kitchen w/granite counter tops and full size kitchen-aide appliances, a large porch suitable for outdoor gathering with a gas grill and fireplace. It has private off street parking and only one block from downtown Manitou springs with so much to do and see. Locals and tourists are very friendly. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this property! ”

“We are Manitou locals who let our adult children and friends take over our home for a few days. Found this place and had a fantastic staycation. Accommodation: excellent. Super comfortable in all respects. Location: can’t find better in Manitou. Convenience: walk/bike to the Incline (which we did while staying), secured parking and bike storage and secure building access. Very well done. We are satisfied to the point of looking at buying a unit available in the building for future use. Thank……
