「The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful.」

「You’d think there’d be communication regarding the state of the hotel prior to check-in, but there wasn’t. The same $ rate each day, with limited amenities and construction all day. The pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant and bar were closed, and half the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was out of stuff each day. The sinks in the bathrooms stopped working, exits were closed, the towels smelled weird, the sheets smelled like cigarettes. Also, you have to pay $15 a day to park at the...

No towels available at all for the kids when they got out of the pool. There was a room with incessant dog barking for hours that the police finally took care of.
