The property is being remodeled. Our room was clean excluding the restroom. The walls and door from the restroom were all dirty and nasty. It was very noisy from all traffic and everything going on outside is very loud. Overall it's nice but will not be staying again.

Good for, at least, an overnight stay.

Often with cheap hotels you get what you pay for- Inspira Hotel is, by no means, a high-class luxury hotel or anything, but it was a lot better than I expected for the price. The room was fairly clean, more than clean enough for my standards. There weren't mysterious stains on the bedding or crawly things running around the room, so we're good there. AC worked well, shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, plus the head was actually tall enough for a full sized human adult (being 6' tall, I appreciate not having to bend down to shower). Beds were comfortable. Highway sounds were present, but... that's to be expected being right next to the highway. There was free WiFi, though I didn't use it. I can't really comment on the quality of this hotel for a longer stay, but should I need to spend time in El Paso for more than just passing through, I would certainly consider staying again.

Amazing place

This hotel is a gem. It has everything expensive hotels have at a fraction of the price. The front lady (I'm assuming one of the owners) was really nice & made sure we liked our room. The rooms are beautiful! They have modern artwork & furniture, they're spacious, clean, they have bath tubs, microwaves & small refrigerators. The location is great too. We will be returning customers!

I arrived about two hours after check in. Restroom and tub were dirty, toilet was plugged. Lobby receptionists made us go get a plunger. She was unprofessional. We asked to get the room cleaned while we got dinner. Few hours later, I got a call from the owner, she was very kind she was out of town. We received a 5 sollar gift card for village inn. During check out, same receptionist, acted like she didn't know us. And was quite sarcastic. She asked if i needed a receipt, before i could answer she told me i can get it from hotels.com where i emailed before. Ok? Still no receipt.

Location was good. Service upon arrival was terrible, hotel was not even prepared for guess arrival. Poor lighting around property. Rooms looked nice but maids left cleaning rags behind in rooms. A/C in first room didnt work

Newly renovated property

Stayed here in May 2020 and i believe i may have been one of the first to stay in a newly refurbished room. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The furniture was new and stylish. Price for a room is reasonable and it is located in a part of town that offers lots of nearby restaurants and retail as well as easy access to i10 if you need to commute to downtown.
