Staff was very rude. Cleaning the room is pretty much out of the question, I cleaned the tub and used drano to get rid of the smell. Free is to much. Do not stay, you will regret it. I went to the office numerous times requesting cleaning unsuccessfully.

Esta extremadamente sucia la habitacion, con papeles y polvo en el piso, olia mal, la puerta no cerraba bien, la cortina de la ventana estaba rota y se veia para adentro, la cafetera no servía, humedad en paredes, el baño deplorable. cuando pedimos cambio de habitacion por las pesimas condiciones que tenía, me dijeron que no me podían cambiar porque ya habian pasado 20min del check in y que yo la habia ensuciando. El desayuno es malisimo e insuficiente para la cantidad de personas que hay. El personal es muy grosero y no sirve para nada. HUYAN DE ESTE HOTEL!

I came to the Hotel at 12:30am for check in and the man at the desk said he no longer had rooms. I had a reservation confirmed and paid by Expedia. On the form it said I had until 5:00 am to check in. He said it was given away at 12:00pm and told me to call the manager back on Monday. Very bad customer service.

Don't come here. These people play dumb and lie. My room had a toilet that was falling apart and missing important hardware. After I told them they said there were no more rooms until the maintenance man said it had to be replaced!!! It's loud, scummy and management is trained to say NO!!!!!

The beds didn’t have any comforters only the bedding. I requested one to the attendant and she said they couldn’t get me one because laundry room was closed. The mattress on one of the beds was old and wobbly. It felt like it was going to breakdown.

The room that I was given had hairs in the bedsheets in addition to a disgusting floor that looks like they use the same mop water over and over again. With lots of urine stains that the on duty manager claimed was the way the tile is until I forced him to clean it where all he did was wipe it away without disenfecting the area and not relocating me to a cleaner room.
