"no other visitors checkin that day but expedia said it's full and can't change the room with heater. When I check in, nobody at office and need to go next door Cedar Lodge, also Cedar Lodge have no idea if there are other empty rooms for change."

"The hotel is generally nice. However, the downside is that there is no drinkable hot water, no shower gel for bathing, I am not used to using soap. And the TV is practically unwatchable due to heavy static."
