"The room was on the smaller side but about what we expected for a big city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, so we slept well. We appreciated the central location, within walking distance of many sights and dining options. The rooftop bar view is beautiful, but we didn’t love that smoking is allowed there."

"I loved the location of the hotel, perfect for exploring Santiago, both the centre but also parts further out, since there are two metro lines within a short walk of the hotel. The area around the hotel is great too, so much life around it. The hotel was clean, had excellent amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Overall this is highly recommended for anyone staying in Santiago."
