"The tv remote didn’t have batteries, when I asked the staff, they never did anything to resolve the issue. Also I needed to go out to a restaurant and they told me that I didn’t have access to the place after 9 pm, that I should have known that through a code given by Expedia if I needed to come in later than 9 pm. I wasn’t given a Wi-Fi info. On the positive side, the shuttle is very good and the towels and sheets were very clean! Also breakfast is not included."

"Pool, spa, gym, basketball court - the works! Such a beautiful hotel (never had a two story hotel room, so cool) and the staff are all amazing! Will definitely be booking Barcelo again :)"

"It’s just OK. The rooms are very spacious , location is decent, pool well it’s just two hot tubs on the rooftop and the gym is decently sized for a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great here. We stayed down the road from here a few days ago at a Hyatt which we liked better overall. This is good for a friendly budget one or two nights but there are better options close by. "
