"Las zonas comunes muy limpias y el personal muy amable, nos regalaron el parking del coche. Apartamentos bien situado cerca de la playa. El apartamento descuidado de pintura, mosquitos reventados en techo y paredes. Sofá cama sucio y lámparas llenas de salpicaduras."

"Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. Horacio ist ein toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"You have to go to the city to pick up the keys, and to pay the 70 Euros for cleaning... it's 30 to 40 Euros one way by Uber.I had to pay for cleaning but the property wasn't very clean.The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was pretty good, but only two of the burners worked with the cook ware because the other two were for induction pots. There was a lot of paint drips and grout smudges. The house was a very beautiful and a comfortable stay otherwise."

"We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local supermarket too. We would love to return thank you very much!"

"We arrived to find the front door locked and no one there. A key pad was beside the door. I had been sent a check in confirmation but it was in Spanish. This seemed to say that entry was to use the key pad numbers preceded by the room number....but we had no room number as we hadn't checked in! After many attempts we got the door to open. Next was to find a room. The reception was unattended and we had to search the hotel's paperwork to find that we expected and had been allocated rooms. We located keys and found our rooms - which were very nice and as expected. We saw no one until breakfast and when we checked out there was again no one there. In the end our stay was ok, but it was disconcerting to say the least."
