「Rummet var inte speciellt fint eller modernt. TVn minimal. Dem tog extra för att basta och extra för att använda gymmet. Trots guldmedlem heller ingen room upgrade trots att det var helt tomt. Inte nöjd」

「Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. 」
