「We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. 「El hotel está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado. Hermosa vista. Habitación limpia y con bella vista. Desayuno muy completo y delicioso. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Magdalena la mejor. Tuvimos un percance en carretera y ella se encargó de ayudarnos a solventar y nos acompañó en todo momento. Felicitaciones porque todo su personal son muy atentos! Más que recomendado. 」

「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! 」
