「The check-in process was horrible. I should be able to just bring my passport and check in. I had to sit there for an hour trying to log into your system to upload my passport electronically. This was an awful experience for all four travelers. For this reason, I probably will not stay there again.」

「This hotel is nice and kept well but there was an unpleasant odor that seemed to be coming from the air conditioning system in the lobby and my room. Also the ac in my room made this ticking noise half the night. It's a relatively inexpensive hotel in a nice area close to shopping. The rooftop pool area was nice too. But due to the moldy odor I would not return.」
