Beautiful apartment in the center of the city, located in an unbeatable area very close to the main areas of interest (Town Hall, congress palace, commercial area, palm groves, etc.)

The area has all the services you may need (Supermarkets, 24-hour shop, restaurants, cafeterias, cinema or even gym in the same street of the apartment).

You will enjoy in its spacious and bright dining room. The kitchen has all appliances as well as a dishwasher and washer / dryer.

The house is equipped with modern facilities, air conditioning throughout the house and luxurious bathrooms with whirlpool tub and shower effect with decalcified water with mineral salts.

3 Bedrooms (Double room, room with 2 beds for adults and room with 2 beds for children).

Led TV 40 inches:
- subscription to NETFLIX to enjoy series and movies in Spanish and English.

Wie zu Hause fühlen...

Wir verbrachten 8 Tage/Nächte mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) in dieser Wohnung und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell, freundlich, gepflegt und modern. Sie ist vollständig ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr praktisch für uns war die Garage im Haus und die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum. Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte und historische Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten und können sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
