"Located in good location, close to lots of restaurants. Room was clean. Breakfast needs to supply more non allergy options. Also hallways and rooms need painting."

"Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we would return. The things that affected our comfort were the air conditioner/air flow and the excess light at night. The room was stuffy and because the a/c unit was off when we arrived, the room never cooled down enough to move around comfortably without starting to sweat. It could be that the air just didn't flow properly, despite a/c being on full blast, and a different room would've been better. The light from the street also seeped in around the curtains and the microwave and alarm clock lights were much too bright. The room just wasn't dark enough. That being said, the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We liked that the shower supplies were located inside, for easy access and tidyness, and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The coffee and cookies in the lobby were a nice treat and the breakfast was a good spread - tasty and lovely."

"Value for money was good. No complaints. It's a bit older and "weathered". Clearly not renovated in many many years. Room was clean and that's all I needed. If you are just looking for a place to largely sleep while in London and won't be spending time in the hotel otherwise, I recommend based on the value."
