“Ines, the breakfast lady, was just wonderful. We looked forward to seeing her each day. She has a joyful spirit that is contagious. For my birthday, she made me a latte and placed a birthday candle in a muffin. Very sweet and much appreciated when far from home. We stayed here in July, now in October and will be back soon. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean, reception desk very welcoming. And if you enjoy prairie dogs like we do, you can walk in back of the hotel and let them……

“Staff excellent good breakfast”

“Very nice hotel. Love the courtyard and fire feature, lobby was very nice. Staff were efficient, rooms serviced every other day. Our room was very nice. Disappointments, no hot tub or sauna, they wouldn't make/sell Starbucks coffee unless it was in the morning for breakfast. They have the equipment, but they refuse to use it when requested. Breakfast is not included. Menu options limited. Staffing at the bar didn't start until possibly 5pm, so you can't purchase anything until then. Water……

Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility. But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala……

There is no microwave and no on-site laundry, and the dry cleaning is quite expensive per garment. Parking was also a challenge, as the available spaces were inconveniently far from the building. Service was a tale of two shifts. The morning attendant was genuinely pleasant and a bright spot of my stay. The overnight attendant, unfortunately, was quite……
