“Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money……

“Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone.”

“It wasn’t as close to the ski hill as I had hoped, but still a very nice location.The hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing after a day of skiing on the mountain.”

“The heater did not work so house was freezing. Fireplace did not appear to be working, and wood was wet and did not burn. Bed was not comfortable. Hot tub was gross and did not work. Sauna did not get hot. The pictures looked better than the actual experience. ”

The location couldn’t be better—right next to a restaurant and just across the street from the chair lifts, which made getting on the mountain incredibly convenient. Check‑in was a breeze; you simply go to the main lobby at the resort and they take care of everything.The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were cozy, and it was a perfect place to relax after a day outside. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely……
