"The hosts were very communicative and prompt on their responses. They had all cook ware that was needed. Perfect location and perfect to house 8 couples and 2 singles. The water was perfect temperature! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Lake Smith Rentals in the future. We will be back!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been the past 2 years and our kids love it!!!It is relaxing for the adults. "The house and especially the floors were extremely clean!! We all enjoyed our stay with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen all though well stocked with everything was very clean. Other cabins we have stayed in had everyone from previous stays old condiments and soaps and shampoo left for the next person staying Which some may find nice and convenient but I like everything nice and clean. I would recommend this house on the lake to anyone."

"We had a great stay overall and would consider renting this property again. The location was perfect, the dock was nice, and the home provided plenty of space for our group. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels and washcloths available. There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The kitchen was not stocked with spices, or sealable storage containers, so future guests should plan accordingly. We also found hair left in the main-level shower upon arrival, a carton of chicken livers in the downstairs mini fridge, and a few dishes had been put away dirty. Some drawers also had crumbs that had fallen into them and could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. The property includes two full sized refrigerators and a stand alone ice maker, which was nice, but unfortunately none of the ice makers were working during our stay. Despite these minor issues, nothing was significant enough to negatively impact our stay, and we feel these are issues that could be easily resolved and would make an already nice property even better."

"This was a beautiful place and historic as well ! We rented the property for the weekend because my daughter was getting married at a venue about 20 minutes away. The house was clean , decorated so cute and perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely responsive to messages or questions. Great stay and wonderful host !"
