"Took 35 minutes for a shuttle to get 2 miles from the airport, no call from desk clerk to alert driver. Room lock on door malfunctioning. Urine in the toilet upon entry into the bathroom, obviously left by cleaning staff or never checked. Absolutely disgusting."

"Was led to believe the free breakfast was a full breakfast, but was only continental, with toasted breads and bagels and one flavor of yogurt. Anything else had to ordered and charged for at the "cafe". I found 2 pieces of broken glass and a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, and asked for housekeeping but was told they had gone home."

Friendly staff, daily housekeeping services including turned down bed (comfortable), spacious gym, downstairs coffee shop, and live music at the casual restaurant/bar. "
