"Steps Away is a great home base for the fantastic island of Spanish Wells. Yes, it has some quirks, as does any older home, but I've stayed in 3 other homes on the island and they all are unique. The home is central, so it's easy to get to anywhere easily. The golf cart included was a major incentive. We were Grandmother and grandaughter and always felt safe. Our host Candida was available (saw actually her all over the island during our week) and was helpful when we needed, but didn't hover at all. Beds were comfortable, in house laundry was great. Ate out most meals, so didn't do much cooking but kitchen was functional. A "non rental" note - get "WhatsApp" on your phone as nearly everyone on the island uses it to communicate."
