「We just wanted a little place all to ourselves that felt warm and homely and this place did that for us. The log fire keeps the cottage toasty warm and the autumn leaves all around us was beautiful. The steps up can be slippery in the wet but that was to be expected with where the cottages were and with all the trees surrounding them. 」

「We loved our time at this property - just what we needed! A beautiful view, quiet surrounds and very close to lots do do in the area. All we needed was provided and it was a wonderful winter weekend to sit in front of the fire and relax. A beautiful spot and Heather was a wonderful host. We hope to be back!」

「Our host was great and advised we could get early access to the apartment. On arrival I was more than happy. The rooms are beautiful with just about everything you need for the perfect stay. Sat right on the banks of the lake it’s great for early morning walks and fishing. A short walk into town, about 15 mins. A bit uphill going but easier coming back. My only complaint was an electric blanket would have been most welcome as the apartment can get cold even with the open fire going all evening...

「We had an amazing time, thank you Jeanna :) The place is clean and has everything you could want, including a recently renovated en suite. The location is perfect for a regional getaway. We stayed for four nights and used the house as a base to explore Daylesford, Hephburn Springs, Ballarat, Bendigo and a few nearby wineries and hiking locations. Jeanna was a great host. She gave us lots of information before we got there so checking in and out and exploring the area was super easy.」
