Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep. So may pose difficulties for some with disabilities or……
