“Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep. So may pose difficulties for some with disabilities or……

“I would not stay here again.The owners live upstairs from the basement rental unit.Pros: Jean Claude let us in an hour early and there were two parking spaces available.Cons: The basement unit was loud in the middle of the night and throughout the night. We could hear walking upstairs throughout the night. We could hear a wheeled chair rolling around upstairs.There was no coffee machine. A simple French press would help.No ice cube trays in the freezer.The towels are old.For the price, we……

“Good location - decent neighborhood and close to several amenities. The host was very nice, easy to get along with and responsive. The place was spacious and met our needs for our family of 3. I would suggest putting a TV in the main room. It needs to be cleaned better!”
