「My stay was in room 119. The bathroom was moldy and part of the ceiling above the shower was starting to crumble in. The fire detector was removed from the wall and when I left on Sunday 10/11 morning, I left medication in room refrigerator. When I noticed my error on Monday 10/12 I am informed that it was thrown away by house keeping, regardless that it was labeled and clearly medical. I’m honestly at a loss」
