Unbelievable.
Family of 6. Rented this for July 4th. Upon walking in absolutely no air conditioning so hot couldn’t breathe. But they had a very smal 90 Walmart window unit that me and my daughter had to install for them. It gets better. Upon my wife washing clothes within 20 minutes of arrival the whole house water absolutely stopped/zero not even a drip. I called to report immediately they did send service guy out 3 hours later to fix water issue. Now upon going on back porch to checkout hot tub. Whoever filled tub was rushing knocked over (2) potted plants spilled soil everywhere they didn’t even pickup. Left garden hose right in the middle of walkway. Then bbq grill was filthy covered in rust. Also spider webs all over inside of house and actual spiders around all beds. We stayed from 4:00 pm until about 1pm next day it was so hot we all slept in cars over night. Never used anything at this place but toilets when working. I booked for 3 nights tried to cancel upon arrival (they would not) so will be calling old Visa for help.
