“The was were so thin you could hear people walking and rolling chairs on the floor till 3:30 in the morning . Clean and beds were good . ”

“The staff are very kind and undertsanding, im a travel nurse that works 3pm to 3am, they let me check in early and check out late due to my work and sleep schedule. Just on that alone i will be booking my hotel stays here while i work here in Elkhart. ”

“Changed our original itinerary to this hotel due to it having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Shower water didn't stay hot and the way the room was set up couldn't see the TV.. Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to go all the way down to the front desk just to get ice also. Not at all what I was expecting. ”

“Very noisy unable to rest while we were there. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again ”

“It is so noisy for my room. Terrible experience. Some people still play music at midnight .”

“The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing! If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off! The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!”

“Room was clean but had only 2 towels even though 3 people were booked to stay. The pool was murky and there were no pool towels. Check in was odd, we arrived after check in time but the employee didn’t know which rooms were available. Asked for towels to shower after the pool bc we had to use regular towels to dry off. We were given pool towels. We tried to explain that we used the towels in the room to dry and needed regular towels but were told to return after we used the pool towels. Nothing……

“There was a few areas for food choices, i choose bdubs... I have no pets but there was a dog chilling with the owner in the lobby, seemed pet friendly.”
