This place is great for a getaway with friends. It’s in a peaceful cul de sac and on the water. There are convenient places to shop and eat. We enjoyed grilling out, and having conversations in the comfortable sitting rooms. We had everything we needed!

Peaceful and comfortable. A perfect, relaxing home base for exploring South Bend and the surrounding area. Close enough to see everything easily but far enough removed for some peace and quiet.

Pristine house fully equipped and set up for guests. Quiet street with canal access out back, river views from front. Back yard construction at present was limiting but should soon be completed. Host very communicative. Would definitely stay again!

5/5 Stars – Perfect Mommas Getaway! This home was the ideal backdrop for our girls' weekend. With four of us, we loved that everyone had their own private bedroom, while the common areas were spacious and perfect for group lounging. The house was spotless, and the hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The location is a "best of both worlds" gem—peaceful and quiet with a stunning river view, yet just minutes from Elkhart. We had a blast grabbing a delicious meal at Flippin’ Cow and a fantastic morning spread at The Breakfast Factory on our way out of town.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located retreat. We’ll definitely be back!
