「Nice cozy retreat for me and my wife on our anniversary. Comfy bed, the two AC units worked great! TV’s in both living room and bedroom. Games were left for residents to play. Definitely a 5 star. A couple things (very small things) could make it even better. Having a few suggestions of places to eat would be helpful. Those could be written down with the notes on the counter. 「Our stay in the Hidden Pines Cottage August 14 - 17, 2025 was just what we needed. It was secluded, private, the cottage was so nice and had everything we needed. The fishing was off as the water temperature was probably high driving the fish out to deeper water. We have two kayaks that we haven’t been using but the time we spent on the water was like a shot in the arm to get ours out and hit some local lakes. 「This is a great place to stay. We had 3 couples and a dog and were in the area for a baby shower. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. I will definitely book her again if I need to stay in the area. It's about a 30 minute drive to Tyler. 」

「We had a great time at the cabin. The windows overlooking the lake are such a beautiful thing to wake up to. We plan to book next year and allow ourselves more time to enjoy the amenities offered! We caught 6 fish in the early morning on the dock with little effort at. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boats/kayaks and water slide. It was a very relaxing place to stay and our neighbors in the cabin next door were great! Thanks for a great experience!」
