讚好：整潔度和職員與服務
We spent 3 nights there with my family of 5 in two rooms. We found the location difficult to find on the evening we arrived as it was dark and raining. When we arrived we were met by the owner and his staff who helped us with the bags to the room.
Given the location we were met by lots of bugs near the room entrance as the hallway lights were on. The owner was helpful and quickly sprayed bug repellant. The room itself was basic but super clean. We were surprised there wasn’t any air conditioning but that’s our fault for not reading the description before booking. The beds had mosquito nets just in case you had the occasional fly or insect and the fan in the room kept us reasonably cool.
The views from the room were beautiful and the good thing is the trail to Ella rock runs past the property. We woke up to the sound of the train horns every morning and jumped out of bed to view it.
The owner aimed to cater for our vegan breakfast needs but on occasion we found the toast was undercooked, or the Sri Lankan meals which are externally catered hadn’t cooked the meals to the standard of other Sri Lankan meals I’ve eaten. The breakfast is usually heated onsite and when it’s arrived the curry’s have been a little cold so we’ve had to send it back. After mentioning to the owner they’ve responded and aimed to please.
Apart from that for the price, location cleanliness you can’t go wrong.
