"Richard and Helen make your stay feel like a home away from home. Their care and attentiveness really set their peaceful lodge above the rest, they added extra touches to our stay in a way that was genuine and thoughtful. Accommodation is great and is perfectly located between Gracetown, Margaret River, and Yallingup - but far away enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area without being distant. Breakfast is superb and Richard makes a fantastic coffee to make each morning a great way to start your day. The spread of food for breakfast is perfect, the local breads are worth it on their own (especially the fruit toast). Dinner is available on Friday and Saturday nights, make sure to book a table as soon as you can. The duck tortellini with white sauce was delicious and very filling. We will be back and are already looking forward to our next stay."

"What a delightful cabin in the woods Just perfect , very well stocked out cabin with two bedrooms , clean tidy and secluded giving that feeling of complete privacy Really comfortable beds , great for the kids too Amenities included outdoor decking and bbq Perfect woodland retreat and close to Margaret river yet far enough to give that real sense of peace and tranquility Stayed in spring but can imagine winter with a log fire ( all provided ) would also be exceptional "

"Excellent property and felt so welcomed by the host and the presentation of the home on arrival. Lovely layout and furniture and the wood heater was a welcome touch as the evenings were cold but the heated pool was well used on the warm days we had. would recommend this property to anyone..."

"Honestly this place was wondeful. We had everything we needed, we had space, we had deer (well I did, they ran from everyone else lol). Definitely perfectly deisgned for families, but we also enjoyed the separate living spaces as a group of four.Its so close to town but doesn’t feel like it is, the fact the Venison Farm is right at the front? #meatheaven.Thank you for making our weekend amazing!"

"Very well stocked kitchen and clean, beautifully presented property. There was clear instructions before arrival and contact from management company on several occasions prior to stay. There was however a lot of rules and there are a lot of labels at the property with some of these rules. As an adult it felt kind of uncomfortable to have these spelt out. I had to provide drivers license and the names of the people staying despite booking through Stayz and having great reviews from previous stays booked on the site. I was warned any damage would be charged to credit card provided and was also charged 2% credit card fee on top of the booking fee that was not stated before proceeding with the booking. Minor things but it seemed over the top. The beds were comfortable and the property well presented. Cushions for the seats outside and the dining chairs replaced would be great. Dining chairs bottomed out and also the fan downstairs echoes into the bedroom upstairs making it hard to sleep. The view is amazing and the property is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and enjoy the company of friends. Would recommend if those few things were improved and only one reminder of the rules. Also only allowed 4 cars at the property. Not mentioned before booking and not a problem for us but given it sleeps 8 it could be for others. "
