Fairly nice house but lots of broken things

The house was roomy and had a great kitchen with well thought out items for all your cooking needs. This was a very well worn house and not very clean when we arrived. Lots of broken things and doors. Looks like there has been no maintenance done in a very long time. The downstairs bedroom door to the outside hot tub area would not lock. The upstairs bedroom door to the deck was broken and would not open. Towel bars were loose and falling off the wall as well as toilet paper holders. Upstairs king bedroom tv wouldn’t work. Broken bikes in the garage. I just felt like we stayed 3 nights and with the rental cost and fees we were at $4000. This was not a $4000 house by a long shot. If we had paid $2000 it would have been more understandable. There was a high chair, pack and play and a great Sonos system which we loved. All in all we have stayed in much nicer places in Suncadia.

Fantastic area!

The house was beautiful and comfortable! The area around it was even better!! The house could have used more towels than available, lots of lights were out and the furnace went freezing cold every night. Not sure why. Overall great place to meet friends and plenty of room to spread out. Thank you
