The hotel should handle this situation better.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, but unfortunately this visit was by far the worst. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, and this was never mentioned at check-in. Room was spotless. It has everything you need for a self catering stay. Close to Telford centre for shopping and restaurants. Dan is very helpful, gives all the info you need and is just a message away.This is my second stay here and will defo book again
