Welcome to the edge of EVL! Our bright & modern apartment can host a group of 4-5. Nice comfy beds will have everyone resting peacefully and ready to enjoy the beauty of the area. We are located less than 5 miles from the village of Ellicottville and 10 minutes to the slopes. In the summer please enjoy the pond & creek. AWD recommended in the winter & don't forgot your snowshoes & skis. A short 60 min drive from Buffalo and 75 min from Niagara Falls. No wifi connection.

The space
The location is close to the village and ski slopes while additionally being placed on an ideal setting of 7 acres with a pond and creek for your pleasure. Please understand that the property is located in the county and you should not expect a 5 star hotel experience. We clean the place just as we would for our friends and family but we cannot guarantee that you wont see any insects in the apartment, especially in the summer. We ask guests to respect quiet hrs from 10pm-7am.
