My husband and I stayed here for two nights, while it was enjoyable there are a few things that were odd to me. The TV was very small and there was someone’s leftover food in the mini fridge. There was no TV channel sheet which sucked and the beds were not very comfortable. Maybe it’s more lively in the winter.

Perfect couples getaway

It was our first visit to Ellicottville and slew couldn't have asked for a better trip! The hotel was great, very clean and inviting. The balcony, fireplace, and hot tub were some of my favorite parts. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the town, too. We will definitely be back and will stay at the tamarack club again!

No rush to get back

The place has gone down in the last few years. A few broken items in the room broken towel bar, burnt out light bulbs not major but annoying. They no longer have drink/food servers at pool you have to walk to get anything-they also now charge you $22 pp to visit one of their pools even if you are a guest. Not a good look

Very Disappointed

When we checked in, the desk clerk noted that we booked through Expedia- she proceeded to give us the worst room in the property - with a balcony that was basically in the parking lot. This is a beautiful mountain resort with plenty of open rooms with views. Also we expected a king bed in the suite and it was a twin bed- the smallest bed that we have ever had. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday and it turned out to be a joke. We should get our money back and you should take them to task for treating loyal customers like trash.

Beautiful views, nice and quiet area. Pools were not open yet for the season, but they were very nice and would love to return in summer. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Door handle sticks a bit, but worked fine with alittle extra push. The staff here was amazing.
