“A truly unique property. Lots of space and had everything you need for a large group to stay. We ranged from 19 years old to 70 years old. Every age range was conformable with what the home offered. It it the most off the wall decorated home i have ever stayed at and we just loved it. It is a short walk to town, and only about 2 minute drive to the ski slopes. I can say for sure we will be back in the future.”

“The property was the perfect place for use to stay for a short skiing getaway. It was so close to Holiday Valley and Holimont (you could see both from mountains from the house) and it was walking distance to the shops, restaurants and grocery store! The house was very comfortable, there was plenty of places to sleep for kids and the kitchen was well stocked! This house had it all and host was super responsive and great to work with! We would stay here again!”

“Every year girlfriends and I take a ski trip together. Ellicottville was on our bucket list. Audrey's quick response to my questions and other positive reviews on her place made booking the right choice. Really glad we did. Place lived up to its online description and much much more. Good this cause we ended up spending more time inside than planned due to less than ideal skiing conditions. Great time still had by all with lots of laughs and memories in an outstanding home base. “Very nice place and well located. We were the only ones in the entire building so it was very quiet. The only small complaint we could come up with is the wifi is extremely slow and the few times we tried to watch TV, it constantly was buffering and was much better to not connect our phones to the wifi and use regualr cell coverage. Overall no other issues and we would stay again.”
