Welcome to Cartecay Release. Relax in a 2 br 1.5 ba condo minutes from the square shopping in Ellijay. small townhome community by the Cartecay river. The decks accessible from master and living, overlook the river. Kids of all ages enjoy the retro arcade game and numerous board games. Kitchen is stocked from morning coffee to preparing a holiday dinner. Come relax in the mountains accessible to numerous activities. Come outside and play in Ellijay!

A little loud
Overall it was nice and cozy. The HVAC system is a little loud and I was surprised at how much traffic there was behind the river.

Nicely decorated
Great stay. It was cold so fireplace was great and easy to use (gas). Very clean and convenient to town. Only negative was early morning traffic noise from road by the river. We like to sleep late.

Great vacation spot!
Ellijay is a great little town. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us and our fur baby for celebrating my sister and my birthday. The beds were super comfortable. Everything you need for preparing meals was there...which isn't always the case. The view from the decks and the rushing of the water was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and as a bonus it snowed while we were there. Not much but we didn't want much! We Floridian's were tickled with it. There are lots of fun things to do in the area whether shopping or dining or hiking. We will happily return!!
