"Great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, and local shops all within walking distance. The property was exactly as described and met expectations.The only challenges during this stay were related to VRBO as a platform. The fees were not clearly displayed until after booking, and the One Key balance did not apply even when choosing a listing that appeared under the One Key filter. When I reached out for help, customer service offered generic responses and ultimately stopped following up, which was disappointing.Because of these issues, I don’t plan to use VRBO again and will be sharing my experience with friends and family so they can make informed decisions."
