“Had a wonderful time at this cabin. Cabin was well supplied with everything we needed and was very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed having a full kitchen, grill and washer/dryer. It was very wooded so not unexpectedly we did have multiple bugs in the cabin to kill each day but they were your run of the mill woods bugs and nothing harmful and no fault of the host, just part of nature :). Driveway was steep but our car did fine. You do have to cross a creek which we were surprised by on a……

“It was a great cabin! We all enjoyed it very much! The hill to the water was brutal. I would recommend fixing that for clients or be more up front about it. It is dangerous unless you are about 11-35! The location was great and very easy to get to and close to town.”

It's less then 10 minutes from downtown Eminence and located in Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The Cabin is clean and nicely furnished and the host was extremely friendly and was available whenever we reached out. I will definitely stay with them any time I'm in the area...”

“Exactly as described. Enjoyed walks with our dog down the quiet country road to the pretty creek. Very safe being off leash. Enjoyed kayaking with Windy outfitters just a few miles away. The town is also a few miles away with gas, groceries, eating places. Everyone is so friendly in Missouri! (We are from Illinois). Recommend the Pie Barn in town too. If you enjoy cooking you might bring some sharp knives, maybe a big pot and some dish towels. The hosts provide only one dish cloth and one dish……

“The host could not BE any nicer or easy to work with. He let us stay late for the eclipse with no fuss. And mailed back a CPAP machine I accidentally left there. The cabin was exactly the right size for a getaway weekend to view the eclipse. Everything was clean, it is easy to find, bit feels remote. We want to explore the property next time we stay - cannot wait to find the creek! We think this could be our base when we float the Jack’s Fork. Excellent all around!”

“We had a lovely time at the cabin! We stayed for the total eclipse and enjoyed a quiet private viewing in the woods! Our two little dogs were very happy at the property. The road leading down is a little bit rough, but that is the last 3 mile leg of the journey. You can hike up a nearby hill for cell reception if you need to connect, but the best part of this cabin was unplugging and relaxing. The short walk down the road leads to the large gravel riverbank. Fun for fossil hunting, skipping……

“This cabin was perfect for our long weekend spent hiking some of Missouri’s nicest state parks. We had five adults and had plenty of room. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, clean and comfortable. The owner gave us his phone number and offered to help in any way. He was very prompt to answer when we had any questions. “We had a family trip with 8 adults and 7 kids, ages from 2 to 16. It was a perfect trip. The cabin had everything you would need for cooking indoors or outside. The kids had a great time playing outside and inside with board games and a huge selection of movies. The adults had a great time catching up together, around the fire and around the dinner table. “The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We needed a place to crash the weekend of the Solar Eclipse - and wanted to stay away from hotels and bigger cities. It worked perfectly for what we needed.”

“Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental.”
