「Amazing 」

「Overall great experience.」

「The room had a distinct smell. Some areas were not dusted. Sofa had a spot on it. The prior guest left a cell phone charger, that was one reason I felt the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The phone was not plugged in. Tried to call for wake up, no dial tone then noticed the phone was not connected. Didn’t have time to inform the desk clerk. Plenty towels and washcloths.」

「櫃台过忙，房間稍窄，購物不便，清潔員工態度很好。」

「I did not llike the room, I was assigned , it was very in the back behind a container, the room smelled dusty and had an order. Although I paid for the room I refused to enter and asked for returned of my money. I was very unhappy with that hotel.」

「The associates were very helpful. Our room was clean as was the service desk and the breakfast area. When we asked for directions to a restaurant, they were extremely helpful (although the restaurant was just across the parking lot amongst the trees). All in all we had a very pleasant stay.」
