"Stone Park was a great place to stay for our family. We brought along our 3 year old and 8 year old so it was nice to have a separate bedroom and the kitchen amenities. The kids enjoyed the novelty of sleeping on the pull out couch. The room was clean and comfortable and it was in a nice, central location. Having the ability to do laundry at the hotel was convenient. Being able to walk to the ice cream place next door was great. There were also lots of other families there which was nice to see, and the rooms were decently soundproofed. The only thing we were not expecting is that our room was not freshened up at all during our 5 night stay. We were able to swap out towels own our own but no one came to check on our room, change them out and vacuum/mop/tidy up. If you want privacy or have young children this would be the ideal place to stay."

"Convenient location to Acadia (Gateway Center just down the road) and Ellsworth in general. Old but clean, with water stains--like visiting an old aunt's house. Pool is not suitable for kids--gets super deep super quickly. Breakfast nicely done."

"It was unclear to me, that this was a Big house and a rental of rooms. Total of 7 rooms/suites. Vintage decor with easy keypad entry and a HUGE tv. House not Handicap accessible, from what I could see. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. That also was not made clear. No amenities other than a small area for laundry. Quarters only. Very close for walking downtown. Coffee place nearby, a plus. I would stay here again. Good AC and WiFi."

"Fantastic breakfast. Healthy choices. Coffee 24 hours a day. Tesla Superchargers across the street. We could not get a room in Bar Harbor, however the hotel was close enough. The Union River Lobster Pot is about a mile away. In order to enjoy and beat the crowds in Acadia, wake up early."

"What a great property! Pride of ownership is obvious in this apartment, from furnishings to appliances to dishes and decorations. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the area. Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, and Bangor are all approximately 30 minutes away. This is definitely the place to stay in the summer to avoid the crazy crowds and prices of Bar Harbor. Lots of places to eat within short walking distance. Provender Kitchen and Bar is across the street and is the best restaurant we’ve eaten at in Maine! Thank you to the property owners for providing such a wonderful alternative to the shoulder to shoulder crowds of Bar Harbor. Hope we have the opportunity to stay here again! Definitely a 5 out of 5!"

"The home was very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed the extra and thoughtful amenities like snacks, selection of coffee and teas, women toiletries. The location is central to a lot of places. Parking is ample. I was kinda nervous about non central AC, but the window ac felt similar to central AC. There was a window ax in every unit and my allergies were ok.We enjoyed our stay."
