“The property was very clean and more! Easy access from our destination and shopping and groceries was close. Never had any issues, property owner is always available to answer questions and help. Our dogs loved the back yard and room to play. Privacy was awesome and neighborhood quiet. Loved all the extras the owners left for us to enjoy!”

“We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.”

“The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.”

“This house was perfect for our stay. Every bed was filled but the house is so spacious it never felt too crowded. Each bedroom and bathroom was very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is in a good location. We were able to walk to a coffee shop on the corner, which we enjoyed. Plenty of street parking for everyone - it was never an issue. Had to reach out to the property manager once for a question and he reponded very quickly and was able to help us. Finally, the……

“Great House, Outdoor space in back was great. Propane tank was empty so we couldn't grill. Out front it Seemed like a rough neighborhood, we never felt scared or in danger.”

“This home has lots of potential and you can tell they are doing a lot of improvements to the home. They are not finished but you have to appreciate the work put in. My only suggestion would be have professional cleaners to clean property. They could remove the spider webs that are on most of the door jams. They could also use new furniture (old and not in the best condition) it takes away from the beauty of the home. I suggest high end finishing and screen in the outside sitting area.”

“I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!”
