The ocean, two restaurants, and a bar are just 100 meters away. Explore the beautiful area on our rental bikes, or enjoy the 10-kilometer-long sandy beach with free beach chairs and umbrellas. Even in the height of summer, the beach isn’t overcrowded. Between November and March, we invite you to spend the winter under the Spanish sun with affordable long-term rates. At our “Deutsches Eck,” language barriers are smaller than you might think. A “workation” is also wonderfully possible here, thanks to fast, free Wi-Fi and a workspace available for rent separately. Trips to Valencia and Alicante are no problem with the fast intercity bus. And within a few kilometers, our region offers fantastic day-trip destinations.
