“We are happy to have found this place as there is not many VRBO’s in Kokomo for just 2 people. The location is in a safe area of Kokomo, a testament from a former Kokomo resident. The “condo” was clean and Melinda and Boyd were excellent with contact of any needs we had. A bit of updating is needed but Murphy Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I gave 5 stars due to the graciousness of Melinda, thank you again for your kindness!”

“We found this property looking at another one of their properties that was booked while I was going to book. I contacted the host and they showed us this property. Was perfect for our family and we could have our dog with us! Property is clean and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend booking with these hosts! Communication was awesome and we had no complaints. We never had a reason to come to Kokomo before, here for a softball tournament but plan to return neat area and would love to……

“we enjoyed the stay. The fenced in backyard was good for the dog. We enjoyed the patio as well. We were very surprised by the quietness of the neighborhood in the evening with the number of cars that drove through.”

“the house is very nice in general and in a great central Kokomo location. However the kitchen was not well outfitted for cooking "in" - minimal cooking pots/utensils, no baking equipment, etc. and we never found a sheet for the master bedroom in spite of searching closets per hosts instructions.”
