Our stay was for one night on our way to Great Basin NP. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could use some deep cleaning and it was on the main road so it was noisy. It's an old hotel but served our purpose for the night.

Hello, older well maintained hotel. Nice beds, I didn't take a picture to post but the room we got actually was nicer than the ones posted. Our room had lovely white top of bed. microwave & fridge. Ice is across the street at their second property(short walk) Keep in mind you are off a hwy, you may hear the big trucks passing. Few steps always across the narrow street there is a casino, store easy to walk to. Would stay here again.

Parking was easy as there is no casino. This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. Room was big, bathroom was small, sheets were old. Coffee was good, "breakfast" was prepackaged muffins. I would look for other places in Ely before I would go back here.

The lobby closed at 8:00pm and that’s where the ice was making it very inconvenient. The bathroom fan was very noisy. We were only given 2 small pillows and no extra blankets in the room. Breakfast was sparse, just coffee or tea, granola bars or one type of muffin. I don’t recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly. The property itself is very dated, which in itself isn’t bad, but our room wasn’t very clean; only 2 towels for 4 guests; no dresser drawers or hangers for clothes. The smoke alarm went off several times through the night, which makes you wonder about safety protocols. We would not stay here again. The price was good! But ya get what ya pay for! So that’s on us.

We knew we would be getting an older property and just needed a bed for the night. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The room was very worn out, however, including a creaky and soft-feeling thick-carpeted covered floor. We were surprised, frankly, that the room came with a continental breakfast. The breakfast offerings were minimal ... some fruit and packaged pastries. It was an adequate stopover, but if you're coming into town early, no reason to get to your hotel early.

I've stayed here twice now as a one-night stop en route to my final destination and will stay here again. Although the rooms are showing their age, they have been kept up well. Overall, I've gotten what I wanted, that is a clean bed and a clean bath. Bonus points for a strong wi-fi.

This motel was not maintained and the room was not very clean. The carpet was filthy. Dust on the coffee maker. Room did not smell good when we arrived. The heater was on when we arrived, which was unusual because it was warm outside. We were on the second floor and the stairs are an accident waiting to happen. We will not be returning to this motel and do not recommend any one else staying here. There are other hotels to stay at.
